Following our discussion, I'll provide recommendations, a proposed scope of work, and an estimated timeline and investment.

Following our discovery conversation, I may request additional information, such as existing training materials, documentation, brand guidelines, or other resources that will help shape the project.

Using this information, I'll develop a customized proposal outlining the recommended solution, project scope, timeline, deliverables, and investment. You'll have a clear understanding of what will be created, what to expect throughout the process, and how the final solution will support your goals.

Once you're ready to move forward, I'll provide a service agreement outlining the project details and next steps. If your organization has vendor or contractor requirements, we'll take care of those before work begins.

After everything is finalized, we'll kick off the project and begin transforming ideas into engaging, learner-centered solutions designed to support meaningful growth and lasting impact.
