Hi, I’m Ronni, an instructional designer with a background in Elementary Education and a Master’s in Instructional Technology, Training, and Development. I’m passionate about transforming complex ideas into engaging learning experiences that help people understand, apply, and remember what matters most.

My work focuses on creating story-driven learning through scenario-based eLearning, microlearning, and interactive training experiences. I combine instructional strategy with creativity and evidence-based practices—using frameworks like ADDIE, SAM, and Universal Design for Learning (UDL)—to design solutions that address real-world performance challenges.

Whether working independently or collaborating with subject matter experts and teams, I’m driven by a commitment to clear communication, thoughtful design, and meaningful learning outcomes. I enjoy leveraging tools like Articulate 360, Synthesia, Canva, Vyond, and emerging AI technologies to build engaging, accessible training that connects with learners.
